Installation of AC not done

I had purchased a KORYO Split AC of 1 ton from Big Bazaar, Maxus Mall, Bhyander West on 8th May.

The installation was promised to be done on 10th May.

Till date ..no one has contacted for installation.

Also, put a complaint on 18002002255 with complaint no: 9869235920.

Continoulsy calling on 022-39341138..Either no one is taking call or just reply by saying will call in half hour.

It is really ridiculous to get no reply... all efforts seem to be futile.

Please help at the earliest... or give me my money immediately back.
