I have bought a ONIDA Trendy 1.5 ton AC about a year ago. Inspite of several reminders not even once the AC was serviced. I misplaced the AC remote about 3 months back. I had called customer care several times (Complaint nos-10045416380833 26-4-10 / 10055416380171 6-5-10) & complained. Someone came with a remote which did not work. Now I am not able to use my AC for the past 3 months. Is ONIDA going to do anything about this. Prakash (9176673009)
