Low Quality of Mobile Handsets

Dear Sir,

I have purchased CELEKON C-9 Mobile in Big C mobile showroom at Hyderabad in RTC-X-ROAD. They have given The Guarnty one year.after one week it was repaired. we have gone to the big c showroom. They are answering irrespectively and they did not Repair the Mobile.

So I Request You concern Authority to take necessary action.
