POOR SERVICES & LIABLITIES

I have de activated my CUG 6 months ago,

& on the records it is showing that NO CUG is activated,

but on the bill every month have to pay the charges for the same . & nor the coustar care *333 or Web world executive Mr. Kishan of Noda Sector 18 is listning on to it.

What should i do . & this thime i hade not payed only 163 from 2163 amount then these fellow have disconnected my outgoing services.
