Dear Sir,

I am a prepaid mobile customer of Reliane India Mobile and my mobile number is 9388474477.

My SIM got inactive since last month. I have complainted this to my nearby Reliance Web World at Thompumpady. I went there for three to four times for this purpose. However no favourable approach was received from them till now.

Please find a solution for my problem beacause it is very critical for a business man like me to proceed since this is my official number given to all.
