BIRLA / electronic jug
Not replace in time duration 45 days

I bought a jug from AMBIKA CROCKREY .after 7 month jug is not work properly .than i contact with the shopkeeper .than he said after 10 days you will get your jug but.now 45 after he did not return my jug.

and he always said.it is not over mistake.it is company problem.

so what i do.now.

PLS HELP ME
