I Anjli Prashant Agarwal running culinary workshops in Ghaziabad & i purchased a 2800 AS BIRLA genset recently as per below details for my business purposes. The conditions in Ghaziabad itself not good and the average cut is of approx average 12hrs/day so it was well needed also. Since starting my genset fails again & again during my workshops due to some or the other reasons. Just because of the failure of genset i'm losing a huge revenue.

Even My genset arrived with a manufacturing defect that the wheels were not balanced when it arrived at my place. The other problems are as follows:-
1. Till now 3 spark plugs have been changed.
2. Choke wire has once been changed & after that once again repaired.
3. Valve spring broken during one of my workshop on 5 June. It disturbed & spoiled my entire workshop & i had to return back the money of the candidates. Approx. loss -7100Rs.
4. After got repaired again at 5th (Saturday) but now I'm seeing the problem - mobil oil started leaking. & i was promised that my wheels would be changed on sunday but none turned up.
I required company's help and senior officer's personal intervention in this regard as i think this particular pcs is either defective or needs experts inspection/repair only.
Please help and revert. Looking forward for your positive and understandable reply soon
