I have recently purchased a blackberry 8520 cell 4 months back (IMEI- 355284045162907).. The cell suddenly stops functioning and does not start-up. I took it to blackberry authorised service center one month back and had to wait there for 2 hours before my number came. They corrected the problem and said it was a software problem. Now again, my cell has shut off and i am struggling to submit this again to authorised center as there is a long queue as this is single center of blackberry in Pune area. This is really pathetic and unprofessional from a high standard organisation RIM. I have completely lost faith in the product.
