Replacement of Battery

I had purchased blackberry curve (8520 white) from Telecare Network India Pvt. Ltd. at Lajpat Nagar II on 19.2.2011. Now for the last one month the battery of the set started causing trouble. A complaint to this effect has been lodged in the Service Centre situated at Lajpat Nagar on 23.6.2011.. My Work Order No. is DEL/BB/11/05727 with case ID BB0134915. I was assured that the battery will be replaced within a week's time. But to my great surprise even after 15 days time there is no satisfactory reply to my request. Today when I contacted the aforementioned service centre the further sought time to consider my request. It is very strange that a company of such repute is not able to attend to the plight of the customers. May kindly intervene to get me justice with regard to the money spent on purchase of the aforesaid phone. Hope that with your intervention the request of mine will be taken care of on priority basis and enable me to discharge my duties towards my organisation where I am working with the Top Brass.
