Worst Customer Care Experience

I had purchased Blackberry 9220 on 7th May and the phone ringer goes off with in 10 days. Went to Blackberry service center on 26th May for help and had one of the worst customer care experience. There were three front desk counter, went to lady at 3:25 pm and got response I am on lunch break, the other two said wait for your turn. Waited for one hour and then got the response, wait our technicians will let you know. At 5:15 pm got a response phone needs to be send to bangalore for repair for 15 working days. When said want to speak to manager for replacement manager Naseem said it's a known issue in 9220, we will reload software and the issue will be resolved. Software was reloaded but the issue doesn't get resolved and manager left for the day without informing at 5:30 pm... Then Mr Himanshu said we cannot replace as this is 19 days old great you can speak to our head siva kumar and said he doesn't have the manager no of naseem... Really a pathetic customer care service centre where no one helps, feel like banging this phone to wall... Hope So any senior see this compaliant and forward this for replacement...
