i purchased a blackberry cell phone model no. 9530 (meid dec 268435457311675748), pin 3118f4a7
, meid hex aoooooodb22864 on 17 feb.
i bought it from UNIVER CELL invoice no 600280 for Rs.20490/-
this is to inform you that my cell phone is below expectation in performance and ability
the battery life is less than a day, it repeatedly hangs up and has poor voice quality
(on aircell and vodafone network).
from the day i have purchased a month after that i have made complaints to the shop and they asked me to contact the service center after many irrelevant advices for my problem
the service center on infantry road bangalore does not receive any phone calls.
finally i decided to go there and they are reluctant to listen to my complaints stating that they are overworked and overcrowded.
i finally deposit my handset but i dont get a replacement set (reason being they are all out of it)

i am extremely disappointed and in too much trouble with poor quality of the handset moreover with poor service.
i would be grateful if you would kindly look into the matter and consider replacing my handset with a new one as it is difficult for me to keep running pillar to post with no answer even after paying so much.
