Complain regarding blackberry phone its hanging problem. HAD Given for repairing At dolphine mobile surat gujarat owner name nitin authorized by blackberry company they took 2 month for repairing i paid 3600 for repairing and still have same problem and now they says its not repairable and the amount i paid is not refundable. And further added some blackberry phone do hv such problem and company is finding solution for this. Company should not suggest such a person as your dealer on your website. Above all they dont give any bill. Really had a bad experience with blackberry.
