Worst post sale service

Hi,

I have purchased the following items from KPHB strore of Adhiswar in Hyderabad on 23rd March:

1. One (1) tonne Godrej 5 star A.C

2. 1.5 tonne WHirlpool 3 star A.C

The delivery was done on 24th March at 8.00 pm only after calling repeatedly...

The Acs were installed on 26th March.

But the Stabilisers of 4kva & 3 kva were not delivered till now..

I have called more than 30 times to the show room and the technician & the manager but there is no response..

When you cannot deliver the goods as promised then why do you set up stores and create problems to the customers.

The staff never lift the land line of the show room and there is no proper response as to when the goods will be delivered.

This is with high regret I wish to tell you that I wont buy any product from you in my whole life and also will recommend to my friends and relatives not to buy from your store...

I am plannning to lodge a complaint in consumer forum...

Hope you teach ur staff and deliver the goods as promised..
