Sir i purchased a mobile from M/S Satnam ElectronicsM42 A Greater Kailash n Delhi
vide invoice no G-21420 dated 10-04 for an amount of Rs. 33000.00 (thirty three thousand only) after one month of purchase it started giving me trouble very low volume
in music. As i live in jammu and there is no service center in jammu of black berry so i travelled to delhi to get it repaired
on 13-07 i handed over the set to M/s Redington (india) limited S-3 green park new delhi vide token no A-104 dated 13-07
at that time said servicecenter said to me to collect the set tomarrow if it will be repaired here optherwise it will be send to banglore for repair
next day they said to me to collect the hand set after 10 days as itwill be repaired from banglore only as i am doctor by profession it is not possible for mr to stay there for that long so i came back to jammu and after getting it comfirmed from the said service station i again went to delhi to collect the set
nothing was done with the execuse that the volume of the said set is low
i came back to jammu with the hand set and started using vibration mode
in the month of Jan its track ball stop working properly. then again i call the service center delhi for the same they said that there is service center at chandigarh too which is near th your station.
i visited the chandigarh for the same and handed over the set to the service center M/s Redington (india) limited SCO 5 first floor SEc 20-D chandigarh vide invoice no CHD/BB/09/00168 dated 8th of Feb.(Mr. Devinder mob: 09888532840 and 0172-3023004
a mail was send to the service center on 20-02and second mail was send on 04-03 and a number of phone calls were made
now from 8th of Feb till date the hand set is with the service center in the last call i made to the service center they said that your hand set is back from Banglore with the remarks that the hand set is tempered and it requires Rs.25000 approximatelly to get it repaired . where as the same hand set was repaired by the company in the month of july and my hand set falls under warranty
now they are asking to send them Rs 750.00 as courrier charges so that they will hand over the hand set
MY PHONE WAS FIRST REPAIRED AT SERVICE CENTER DELHI AND NOW THE HAND SET IS LYING AT SERVICE CENTER CHANDIGARH
