No response from blackberry service cente

Hello,

I am writing with great grief and am very disappointed with the services blackberry centers are providing

I bought Blackberry 9650 in feb from a dealer in goa

on 6th july my phone showed some code error and was restarting again and again. I went with my with my warranty card to the dealer he gave the address of BB center, there they did not accept my phone as it was a CDMA piece.i returned to the dealer again and he suggested me to send the piece to distributor, we had submitted the phone to Sameer sales (Distributor) on 12/07 since then i have been repeatedly following with the team but have got no response at all. they said they have sent the phone to pune service centre and i tried to speak to pune centers manager but have received no help or response... these people are not answering any calla and I am thoroughly disappointed as they are not able to track my piece...

if your forum can be of any help or take any with this regards plz contact me or provide me with some number of Manger whom I can raise this issue to...
