Negligence on part of company and the same problem occuring again

The same problem has now occured twice with ma phone. when i take out the battery, it nvr restarts and says "app error 523".i bought it in the first week of nov..and since then i've merely had phone with me for 15 days... for after 1st week it was at service station fr a month which irritated me to hell... n nw after a week i've got the phone the same problem has occured.i feel like suing blackberry and getting the price from them.dnt even feel like having the set replaced from them.hey u blackberry guys, if any of u is listening u r spoiling ur well settled brand name n ppl lik us who hv gone thru all this will never let anyone buy ne of the phones from u.
