I have given aBlack Berry mobile phone at prominence Infomatics Pvt. Ltd. O-11, Lajpat Nagar-2 Basement, New Delhi-110024, on 1st July. I have switched of the phone at night and in the morning it was not switching on. The phone was physically ok and was not broken. After so many visits and phone calls at no:01166246007 (Talked to Ms. Shalini) They comitted to give a new phone. Today on 20th july when i went to collect the New Phone, they people are saying the phone is broken from inside, now you have pay the charges. Kindly Help And Tell me what to do
