Hi,
I gave my Blackberry Curve 8520 to repair in Redington Blackberry Support Center. After 5 days they mailed me stating that my handset is irreparable due to PCB liquid damage and asking me to collect the handset as it is from the concerned service centre after 3 working days by paying the inspection charges of (Rs 180) which they waived off when i said I m not going to pay any inspection charges.
Firstly they are returning my mobile without repair and secondly they are asking me to pay. Anyways that mobile is of no use and why i need to pay inspection charges as it is still under warranty.
Being such a big brand a company like Blackberry is confirming me that they cant repair their own companies cell phone, also their executives asking me to get it repaired from some other local service centre, then why have they opened Blackberry service centre. I got this handset for Rs. 9400/- 11 months back and now this phone is of no use and my money got wasted.
Now I want you all to take necessary action against Blackberry to get my money back or replace this phone and get me new one.
Hope you guys will help me out.
