I purchased BB storm 9530 with 3G.very first day I felt device is very hot when I charged. If I don't use device then after it's very quick discharged. I found it just 3 or 4 hrs, even I don't attain call or any function. I complaint at your 09223516148. they sms me service center address, I sent my device through blue dart at your service center Bombay. withen ten days they sent me new device but I found new one is same problem as an old one . result is I am standing one place. I don't enjoy costly mobile.
