I have purchsed a balckberry Tour 9630 3G from Naaptol on 14th Nov which worked normal first 3 months (Order number is 635249). I am not able to use enterprise email checking service since last 10 days as blackberry has some problem with these models internationally, hence they dump the defective products in india through online shoppers like Napptol. Although the fault is with dirty MNC like RIM which makes balckberrys, Napptol customer service failed to hear my complaint. Naaptol's customer service number is a farce, will be busy always and not available for 'Customer'.

I am fed-up with defective product and Napptol's service, wanted to return the product to Naaptol and get my money back.
