Unsatisfactory operation (battery, speaker)

A cellphone model Blackcherry 8000 was ordered through Naaptolvide order no.638836 dt.08/08. The product was received on 21/08. Right from the beginning the performance was not satisfactory. The battery was discharging abnormally fast. Also the volume of the voice heared on the phone was very low. As advised by Naaptol, the handset was dispatched to Anik Electronics, Udyog Nagar Indl. Area, New Delhi 110041 on 13/10 for replacement.

Since then I have followed up on customer support tel. no. 09223516148 about a dozen times only to get an assurance that the replacement will be effected in 7 / 8 days time.

I even sent a mail to them at [email protected]. to this I was responded by a promise of needful in 2/3 days. This was about back.

Kindly take up with the supplier and prevail upon them for the necessary replacement of the product.
