Disconnection of mobile service without prior notice

I am Ch.vijayalakshmi from hyderabad.i have an airtel postpaid connection.this was provided by my office SAAP.now i have made it my personel number by coming out of the group policy of your company.i have made it sure that my office submits a letter to continue my number and also i have submitted a request letter at your office at abids.this number worked properly for a week's time and later without any prior notice i find my phone disconnected.when i have to make a call, it says "EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY".i called up customer service but in vain.i want my number to work as soon as possible.it is a kind request .my number is 9949094156.please look into this matter and enable your customers to use your services properly... thanking you... ch.vijayalakshmi
