I recently bought Blue Star 1.5 split AC and before I planned to get I confirmed with the dealer that installation will be done on that day itself. Dealer contacted someone and promised me that installation will be done on same day.
They logged a ticket and it came to some Franchisee in Chennai. I got call from 4 people stating that installation will be done on same day. But at End of the day none turned up.
I again spoke about this issue to customer care second day and I was told installation will be done and technician will visit in 1 hour and none turned back. Again I escalated the issue and I was told by Franchisee that technician will attend in 15 minutes and none turned back. Again I escalated the issue and technician said that the call has been transferred to someone else and he is not responsible. Again after escalation 1 technician called me and said that he is coming to install AC at my home at 9 PM in the night.
Though the customer care is working good the Franchisee is very worst in handling the installation. I promise if BLUE STAR have these kind of Franchisee sure the company will go down.
