I am Balraj working as a Assistant Manager in a MNC IT company. I have bought a Blue Star AC on 24-Mar in Pondicherry. From 28-Mar the AC is not working and I have raised a complaint on 02-Apr & 04-Apr. I have also contact the Blue star local service center and they have not responding properly. I am already having 2 AC with other company but I have not yet seen such a worst service in my life. Till now the problem was not rectified can you please look into this and do the needful.
I never imagined Bluestar India will provide such kind of worst service experience.
