I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG (GT-S3370) MOBILE SET. WITHIN ONE YEAR ITSELF NETWORK COMPLAINT HAPPENED (SIM CARD IS NOT DETECTING) AND MOBILE GONE. MOBILE IS IN GUARANTEE PERIOD BUT BUT THEY HAVE NOT SERVICED PROPERLY AND NOT EVEN REPLACED IT ALSO. MY QUESTIFINALY THEY TOLD IT IS ABOUT SOFTWARE PROBLEM AND IT IS COMMON IN SAMSUNG MOBILE!!..MY BASIC QUESTION IS WHY THEY ARE SELLING SUCH A FAILED MOBILE AND WHY I HAVE TO SUFFER AND LOSS MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR YOUR FAULT... WORST MOBILE I HAVE EVER PURCHASE AND WORST SERVICE AND WORST CUSTOMER CARE ALSO. I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT IN THIS REGARD TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE ALSO BUT BULLSHIT! THEY HAVE GIVEN ME TWO FAKE TOLL FREE NUMBERS WHICH ARE NOT IN SERVICE... PEOPLE THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE ONE MULTI NATIONAL COMPANY MAINTAINING... DON'T BUY THIS BULL SHIT SAMSUNG MOBILE...
