On 05th Feb I Purchased Planet M DVD Player from Total Mall @ Kempfort, Old Airport Road, Bangalore. After some days some problem was there in that DVD player and i called Customer Care on 26th May and registered my complaint. (Complaint No: BAN2605110025) and they gave Service center address which is in Indiranagar M/s Shree Enterprises. And on 27th May i gave my DVD player for servicing. But till now i didnt recieve my DVD Player. If i call them they say to come on next day. If i go there they say some stories that too after asking many times. They never response to me if I ask about DVD Player. Many times if I call from my mobile they will never respond to my call. One day i called that Service technician, he replied that Motherboard is not there for that Model then I asked for replacement of that Player. He told me to give a xerox copy of Bill and to come after 8 days. But till now there is no response. Again i called Customer Care no 18004194040 (Complaint no: BAN1908110237) on 19th August regarding this issue, n asked them for replacement. They promised me to arrange for replacement, but till today there is no response. Kindly arrange me for replacement of that DVD Player nor return my money back as soon as possible.
