Boss e phone 3300
Tuch screen is not working

Dear sir,

I have order (order no 327854) a boss e phone 3300 through naptol.com (online) on 22.04.2010 and recrived on 28.04.2010. when i open the box and switch on the phone tuch screen is not working. and i made call in your co. your custer care exicutive has advised me to return the phone with all accesories at tele products 50 khatri compound elphinstone brij mumbai-400013. and ensure that u are send me the new phone within 10 working days.

I have return the phone at tele products 50 khatri compound elphonestone brij mumbai-400013 on 29/04 please do the needfull.

you are requested to send the phone as earliest as possible
