Incompetent, inefficient customer service

My samsung tv which was attended to after several calls failed again with the same problem after a week. Repeated efforts to get the service technician to rectify the problem is not bearing fruit. The company has hired a bpo for taking their calls and every time i call i am promptly given the answer that my complaint will be attended to the same day. But nobody comes. The service engineers are incompetent, inefficient and they have no idea what the problem is and are unable to locate the problem. After coughing up 1800 rupees for the service i am left with a defective tv. I will advise one and everyone not to endorse samsung products which are defective in nature and have no efficient service engineers. The company is a total fraud and should not be allowed to sell their products in india.
