Sir. I have BPL washing machine. Its part was damaged so the service took it.2 years passed bt no part is been replaced. Now they tell that the company has closed. And service man is also switched off his mobile now a days.the office man says no part is available and that serrice man is not working in our office.so pl take action as possible.
