Neglection of service Agency

I am Arun from Kottayam.

I am using a BPL ABS-45D Washing Machine for about 5 years. First year it worked well..Then form second year onwards it used to get complaints.. I will call service center at Kottayam (BPL SERVICE, C.B Panickers complex, T.B Road, Kottayam) and a service engineer will come with in a week. After checking the machine he will tell the board has to be replaced. I will agree and replacement is done and i am charged about 1500-1800 every year. Two there time i have felt big delay (for about 1 month) to get this replacement.

Now again the machine got complaint on this 12/Dec.. I started calling service center from Monday (14th) 9.30 am onwards but no one took the phone. I went to service center and reached there at about 10.30am and seen that the service center remains closed. I asked near by shops and the looked at watch and told they will open after some time. I waited there for 15 min and no one came to open service center..I came back and started trying to call them. Till now no response from them.. Now what i must do???
