I purchased a side by side refrigerator 2 years back which costs 75000/- Model no RSH 1DBPE1 585 ltr capacity. after six months of purchase regulerly it is giving cooling problem but used to rectified by the company technician after giving complaint.
now since two months fridge not getting cooled and repeatedly i am giving complaint but nobody is able to rectify the problem.
In the peak summer season we are not able to utilize the fridge as a refrigerator but like a EMPTY BOX of 585 litres worth 75000/-
it is very shame on the part of samsung company for giving such a faulty products and cheating the customers
