I lost my cell phone on 4th oct.2011 at Ramdeo Hotel near National Park at Borivali, Mumbai. I filed a complaint for the same at Kasturba Police Station Borivali. and also launch complait in customer care. Given IMEI no to samsung executive for further tracing process. 10 days passed. not yet got any response for same.
