I purchased brothr printer DCP7055 from Simran Engg. Shera wala Gate Patiala, its not working properly since day one, i complained so many times but noone is paying head to my complaint, ITs scanning photostate printing is of so poor quality i regret why i purchased this company's product, at the time of sale Dealer comitted me that i will give on site service but till now no one could solve my problem, when ever it stops printing local dealer's man came and fix it after so many complaints but he could never enhance its printing quality and scanning is so dull
