DELAY IN NEW CONNECTION

Maine new connection ke liye 21st May ko apply kiya tha aur 3-4 din k baad bses ki taraf se unka ek officer mujhse new connection se related papers le gaya tha but galti se woh ek document ghar he chod gaya baad mein mujhe bses walon ki taraf se ek letter mila jisme likha tha ki aapke new connection k liye process rok diya gaya hai us document k na milne par woh document maine bses ke head office (vikas puri) mein document submit bhi karwa diya phir bhi meter nahi laga phir maine customer care mein baat kari to unhone bataya k ap ki application cancel kar di gayee hai phir maine use activate karwaya aur document punjabi bagh (east) bses office mein bhi submit karwaya magar abhi tak koi response nahi mila please meri problem solve kijiye mera complaint no. R2105100001580 hai
