About caller tune

Hi i m yesha yesterday i pay for caller tune.dan i call at BSNL cstmer care.they tl me dat your request is active in 24 hours.but right now is time pass on 35 hours above yet my request is not active.again i call on cstmer care and tl me 2 do active... just want 2 tell your services are toooo slow please kindly pay atention on your castmer so that we always trust on u.and sty trust on ur services..
