Wrongly activating caller tune again and again and debiting 15 rs for same

Hi this is sagar my airtel mobile no is 9987146759. and i am raising my voice for misfunction of the airtel sim service provider that i had been charged Rs 15 twice in a week in month of december informing me that your caller tune has been changed where as i have'nt taken any initiation in changing my caller tune when i called customer care asking for its rectification my call was transfered to some senior but then the call was just a mere transfer where no one could attend the call. Finally the option to talk with customer care from that mobile was disabled from their side as they don't want to attend my call then i again switched on to another mobile with same service provider that is from my brothers mobile and call once again then i talk with senior officer he told me that as per his system the request to change the caller tune was send from my mobile whereas i have'nt entered or pressed any such button from my mobile to change the caller tune. I repeatedly told the same that i havent pressed any such button on my mobile to change the caller tune then to he ended up the call informing me that we work and attend all complaint as per our system shows.

After three days i received a call again from airtel the no is 9987072735 i thought some of my friend must have given me miss call and then when i called back this no again i heard various caller tune with its desired no for changing the caller tune.example jai ambe gauri press 1, maa tuje salaam press 2.etc .etc. i ended this call without selecting or pressing any button on my cell phone .after 3 to 4 hrs i received a message that you have been charged Rs.15 and your caller will now hear so and so song.this was the second time where my caller tune was again changed and was again charged. Then i again called the customer care of airtel and my call was again transferred to some senior officer and i got same excuses

again.

thus in short i would just say that airtel is now becoming just a money printing machine by purposely activating any scheme and changing caller tune just for sake of gaining money in wrong way.
