Amount Debited but balance didn't got in mobile

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Bhupender Singh Chauhan working with CPMFs and presently posted in Assam recharged my prepaid BSNL mobile (9411757506) with Rs. 100 through my BSNL debit card on 01/03. Rs. 100 debited from my bank account but amount didn't credited to my mobile account.
