Not able to make Outgoing calls and send Msg's

Hi, I have been trying to make call since today morning.. and i m not able to send message neither i m able to make outgoing call... can u please check on the matter..whats wrong with my phone simcard... its very urgent for me to make call... here is my cell number 9426846730
