Your Service agent M/s Ace Mechinery Digitech Services has taken my mechine on 29/12/09 with a promise of delivering the mechine after the serive within 24 hours.
Even after4 days they are not even delivered the mechine and even they are not responding to my calls and they give only worng information that mechine has left the place and it will reach my house within one hour.
I am very surprised that company like Whirlpool has appointed an irresponsible people as their serive wing. This will effect their name in the market.
No senior person will come on the line when we call neither they respond to the call.
