Employee misguiding

Hi

This is to bring in your notice that the employees at Airtel relationship center (Nehru-Place) are misguiding the customers, my query was that i want to port from my Aircel post paid to airtel prepaid, they said its not possible, only prepaid to prepaid and post paid to postpaid portability can happen... this is ridiculous..

I also called up customer care executive of airtel they said its possible, ... by this i mean to say you must throw out such useless employees out of there.. who misguide people...

neccessary action must be taken against them..
