BSNL CELL ONE SIM CARD
BLOCKING THE LOST SIM CARD

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I lost my mobile handset along with the SIM Card bearing No 91 9434894448 on the way to Kharagpur Railway Station just a few minutes ago. I just want to block the Sim Card in order to re-avail/retain the same contact Number. Please help me block the same so as to avoid misuse of the same too. My present Contact No is 91 9844489851 (Bangalore, Karnataka)
