Poor service!

I have recharged on 27th July for Rs.210 for one month's validity and I am supposed to recharge again by 28th of August. But the services have been barred from today. I want to know the reason, without intimation why it has been done.

I had a balance of Rs.30/- as on 18th August and I made one call of 11 sec. at around 8 pm and also next morning i.e. on 19th August I sent 7 messages and my balance would have been about Rs.28/- but my balance has come down to 0.00. When I called to customer executive, they needed 24 hrs time, still they have not cleared it. Please expedite...
