Poor service and not responding

Dear Sir,

I am bsnl IPTV user in Jodhpur and facing the same problem as others. The service is very poor and no body takes care to solve the problem. Here in Jodhpur the customer care office works at 8 am to 7pm on 6 days. Their atitude is not co-opertaive and helping. They are not working on sunday. Often I am having the probelm either network disconected or waiting signals, Today I did contact the customer care officer, Jaipur to book the complaint but he said to book the complaint at bsnl no. 1500 which again not responding. It gives mental tension to have this connection or to change to other. Really the bsnl ececutive or incharge should look in the mater to stay in the market and satisfy the customers, either they will loose their creditablity. Do not send the messages to refer IPTV to friends & relatives to take IPTV connection in this situation.

I hope"Bhai Sahib" will do utmost to improve the services of IPTV. Thanks,
