I purchased a TATA connection with mobile from Kochi, Kerala paying full amount. Now I am relocated to Bangalore. When I asked to activate a new TATA nubmer which I took from Bangalore, they said that I have to purchase a new mobile. Or to transfer the current number to another phone.
It is a cheat by TATA if I can't use the phone that I have already paid for. The only thing I can do as per their advice is to burn out the current set and buy a new set.
It is ridiculously strange and cheat to customers.
