VERY PATHETIC SERVICE... I HAVE REQUESTING TATA SKY TO COME TO CHECK THE SET TOP BOX AT MY RESIDENCE SINCE A WEEK. TO WHICH I HAVE RECEIVED CONSTANT MSGS SAYING AN ENGINEER WILL BE AT MY RESIDENCE SINCE A WEEK. RESCHEDULING OF VISIT HAS BEEN DONE ON THEIR OWN WITHOUT INTIMATION. HAVE ALSO PAYED ANNUAL PACKAGE AND ONLY AFTER THAT HAVE I STARTED EXPERIENCING THE PROBLEM HOWEVER FOR SOME IT MAY LOOK VERY LESS A WEEK BUT FOR ME I HAVE WASTED MY MOBILE MONEY AND HAVE PAID THE ANNUAL FEES... THAT DOES NOT COME FREE AS HAVE EARNED FOR THAT... TODAY BEING THE NINTH DAY, THE STORY STILL GOES ON SAYING THE ENGINEER WILL NOW COME TOMORROW. IF TOMORROW COMES WITH TATA SKY!!
