I bought a butterfly Glasstop double burner on Mar 6 and on 27 Dec at about 06.30 am the glass top broke into pieces and irony is that on that day morning we didnt even used it and automatically it broken into pieces with a heavy noise. Since we hoped that butterfly products are good we didnt cared about the guarantee card and bill and now when complained rather than their R&D investigating the reason they are demanding 1000 rupees for repairing it. Absolutely disturbing...
