Hi, We bought a pressure cooker from Butterfly Anna Salai (from their shop). The pressure cooker started giving problems with in couple of days. When we took it to the, they said we cannot replace it and it has to go to the repair / customer service. When we told them it was a new one, still they refused. We left our pressure cooker there itself and came back. Why this happens only in India. Any company (we have VW car) again the same thing. All MNC's want our money and they give us Indian service. Will some one in the higher order look into this? No exchange, No prompt service, no replacement. We have Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, IFB and each and every thing we have quite an experience. Jai Hind.
