Dear sir

my nokia mobile model C5 (I M E I Number-353792045171274)

i have given my mobile to your NOKIA care point (olympic road, jodhpur) on 20 may. my job sheet number os (183433527/110520/21)

the care point has promised to give the handset within 3 days but my mobile is syill in the same condition and have not improved as said...

please give your concern on this matter, and fill my complain against the distinct service center.
