Replaced my Cordless Phone HandSet

Hello Sir,

I have given my Panasonic Cordless phone for service at Quest Technologies, T.Nagar, Chennai on 26/9/09. They took service request, stating that one of my Handsets needs to be serviced. While delivering, they replaced my Handset with a old handset, which was a scrap piece.

That headset was in such poor condition. The buttons were not working. The service people were arrogant and cheated me, by replacing my headset. They even made UGLY remarks at me, saying that nothing can be done against them. They urged me to register complaint anywhere possible.

Please take steps, to avoid CUSTOMERS suffering at the hands of such people. I hope that i get justice here.
