I have purchase

PRODUCT SR. NO: 48061002523
PURCHASE FROM: SALES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
CASE MEMO NO & DATE: 49638 DATED – 31/10
I have found damage of my camera’s battery cover lock not work properly so I visited to your customer service center located in Ahmedabad with my warranty card and purchase bill.
They examine the camera and say one plastic part of lock was broken so we have to change with new cover and that will be a chargeable and amount is near about 630/- Indian Rs.
My problem is camera is in warranty period and they claim a charge for repairing.
I ask them after change of cover this type of problem is coming or not.
They give answer that this is the plastic item so we cannot give any guaranty.
That means your quality of this camera is poor?
So I request you to repair my camera in warranty period and don’t claim any charges to me
